In October 2007, Maconomy was ranked 91st in the Version2 survey of Denmark's best IT employers. 2,000 Danish IT professionals were asked to rank the leading IT companies on 11 different KPI's. And in November 2008 we leapfrogged several competitors to claim 71st place on the list.
The positive trend continued this year as we have now made a similar leap to 55th on this year's list. We scored highest on KPI’s such as Corporate Culture (35th), Benefits (39th) and Influence/Independence (50th). Significant strides were made on all but two KPI's.
Maconomy remains committed to attracting and retaining the best talents in all our markets. The recent Version2 survey shows that we are an attractive employer and are in a good position to bring the right people on board to execute our strategy now and in the future.
